My father passed away and left us with a condo to sell. We first listed it with someone that my brother recommended. This agent had the property for 6 months during which time we had only a couple of people tour the house, no open houses, and she did not respond to my phone calls.
Becoming somewhat frustrated with the situation I happened to call Remax in New Glarus to ask about rental rates in that area of the state, in the event I decided to rent out the condo. Lorri answered the phone and was very pleasant and gave me lots of good information. I was so impressed with her and the time she spent talking with me that I decided to give her the listing after the contract expired with the other agency. Once Lorri had the listing she sent me a weekly report concerning all online activity with the property, she had several open houses, she followed up any and all leads, and she called numerous times to keep me informed as to what was happening with the property. She was constantly encouraging me and giving me the support I needed during this ordeal. She would always end our phone conversations with, “don’t worry girl, we will get it sold”.
